Returns may only be requested if either of the following two situations arise:
1. We shipped you the wrong item.
2. The item is grossly misrepresented.
- Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery date
- Returns may be requested for online purchases only.
- Please initiate your return by sending an email to email@example.com.
- Your email must include the item #. This # is found in the purchase confirmation email you received and also on the invoice that was included with the shipment.
- Returns must be shipped within 5 business days after request is approved.
- Any returns not shipped within 5 business days will automatically close, and return will no longer be accepted.
- Request and retain a tracking number from your postal carrier. You must email the return shipment tracking number to us at firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of return shipment.
- Refund does not include original shipping.
- Item must be in the original condition that you received it with all tags still attached.
