Returns

Returns may only be requested if either of the following two situations arise:

1. We shipped you the wrong item.
2. The item is grossly misrepresented.

  • Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery date
  • Returns may be requested for online purchases only.
  • Please initiate your return by sending an email to online@hip2flip.com.
  • Your email must include the item #. This # is found in the purchase confirmation email you received and also on the invoice that was included with the shipment.
  • Returns must be shipped within 5 business days after request is approved.
  • Any returns not shipped within 5 business days will automatically close, and return will no longer be accepted.
  • Request and retain a tracking number from your postal carrier.  You must email the return shipment tracking number to us at online@hip2flip.com on the day of return shipment.
  • Refund does not include original shipping.
  • Item must be in the original condition that you received it with all tags still attached.
