What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service representatives can be reached Monday - Saturday, from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Central Standard Time. We can be reached at 615-256-3547 or info@hip2flip.com.

 

How do I ask a question about an item?

Please submit all inquiries to our online team (info@hip2flip.com) or call the store 615-256-3547.  Please let us know the item # of the item in question 

 

If I'm in Nashville, can I come by and see items available for sale on your website?

Yes, we are happy to show items in person that are available for sale. 

 

Rating Scale - How do we grade our items?

  1. New with tags
  2. New without tags
  3. Excellent condition with no visible wear
  4. Minor flaw(s) otherwise perfect condition
  5. Minor flaw(s) otherwise good condition 

 

What types of payment are acceptable?

We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard. We do not accept money orders, Paypal, AMEX, personal checks and/or bank transfers.

 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We charge sales tax on any items shipped within the state of Tennessee.

 

Do you accept gift cards

No, we do not accept gift cards for online purchases. Currently, we accept gift cards only in the physical store. 

 

* Unless otherwise indicated we only have ONE of each piece in the store. If it disappears from your cart while you are shopping it is because somebody else bought it.  There is a 1 hr delay between when something sells in the physical store and when it comes off of the website. Moral of the story: If you can't live without it buy it now. You never know who has it in an online cart or on their arm in the boutique. Our policy is that it belongs to whoever pays for it first.
